I’d prefer a home visit. Is that possible?
Yes! In fact, we’ll never make you come to us. Instead, we place convenience front and centre, managing the design process from the comfort of your home. We’ll handle the designing, sampling, and installing, while you put your feet up.
Who will be my point of contact?
Simply put, we take a different approach. Rather than opting for commission-based salespeople, who will then pass you to a designer, and then onto an installation team, you’ll be under the wing of a friendly expert from the first ‘hello’ to the final quality check – and beyond. We see ourselves as advisors, there to steer you through the unknowns, without a hitch.
I’m enquiring on behalf of a family member. Can I be involved in the process?
Most certainly. Our service – from the way we communicate to our tailored designs – is shaped around your loved one’s needs. And so, we’re always happy to make any accommodation that makes the process run that bit smoother. It’s the least we can do.
How much will it cost?
